Terms of Service. Platform agreements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EventNix (eventnix.hmorix.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Independent Directory Notice

EventNix is an independent curation and discovery engine. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Oracle Corporation, GitHub Inc., or Amazon Web Services, Inc. All trademarks, program logos, and brand assets belong entirely to their respective copyright holders.

3. Permitted Use & Anti-Fraud

Users and creators agree not to utilize automated bots, scrapers, click farms, or deceptive techniques to artificially inflate referral completions or simulate ad interactions. Any creator account found engaging in deceptive traffic generation will have their referral identifier terminated immediately.

4. Limitation of Liability

Event schedules, swag availability, voucher quantities, and admission rules are established solely by the hosting enterprise organizers. EventNix provides program information on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of individual admission or swag inventory.
